Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ellesmere Port Golf Club website and online tee time booking system. By accessing the site or making a booking you agree to these terms. The club reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bookings & Cancellations

Tee times are offered subject to availability and may be booked up to the limits advertised on our Booking page. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of any fee paid. The club reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in exceptional circumstances, including severe weather or course maintenance, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Course Rules & Conduct

All golfers play at their own risk and are expected to follow the club's course rules, including soft-spike requirements, maintaining a reasonable pace of play, repairing divots and pitch marks, and respecting other players and staff. The club may refuse entry to any person whose conduct is considered unacceptable.

Liability

While every effort is made to keep the course and facilities safe, the club accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury arising from use of the site and facilities, except where caused by the club's negligence. Golfers are advised to arrange appropriate personal insurance.
